4) We counts two shifts in one day. Day shift & Night Shift! Day shift starts from between 12-1pm to 5.00pm. Night Shift starts between 6-7 pm to 12.00 am.
5) We will try to provide our delivery on time but sometimes it might be a little delay depends on the situation.
6) For online delivery, after uploading everything, client will have 10 days to download, if they failed to download “Chaya Chitro” is not going to take any responsibility.
7) For offline delivery, client must take the delivery within 20 days, if they failed “Chaya Chitro” is not going to take any responsibility.
8) Clients are requested to behave humbly with our photographer & cinematographer. We’ll not tolerate any kind of bad behavior.
9) Clients are requested to Send the selected pictures for print within 20 days after asking, if clients failed to provide the pictures during this time we are not responsible for that and we do not delivery anything.

10) Clients are asked to at least pay 50% of the payment based on their chosen package on booking & the rest of 50% must have to pay on event date.
11) All Dues must be cleared at end of the event.
12) All the picture will be venue oriented.
13) Bashor Ghor/Getting Ready shoot for Extra Charge will added (If Transport Provided and If session ends by 1 AM)
14) For each extra hour of our photographer/cinematographer, the charge will be BDT 1,500 per Camera.
15) For Events outside Dhaka, 30% of the total bill will be added. And transportation cost will be added separately.
16) Chaya Chitro holds the right to share any photo or video of yours in our Facebook page, website or albums for improving our business. So if you don’t want us to share any photo or video of yours or you don’t want to permit us to share any specific photo or video, then extra charge will be applicable.
